1. Data Collection Scope
During the "Liveness Pulse," we collect three-dimensional facial geometry and vocal frequency patterns (VSSN). This data is processed locally before being transmitted via AES-256 encryption to our Philadelphia mainframe.
2. The Anchor Mechanism
Your biometrics are not stored as raw images or audio. They are converted into an irreversible mathematical hash. This hash is then paired with your Digital Residency Suite to create a verified "Human Anchor."
3. Statutory Adherence
This policy is designed to exceed the requirements of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under no circumstances is biometric data sold, leased, or traded to third-party marketing entities.
4. Right to Erasure (The Burn Protocol)
At any time, a resident may trigger the "Burn Sequence" via their private vault. This action initiates a secure cryptographic wipe of all biometric hashes associated with the account. Once burned, the identity is purged from the Public Registry and cannot be restored.
