The Bureau's companion asset registry maps artificial entities, synthetic generation frameworks, and dynamic character models directly onto the validation architecture of Mainframe PHL-01. By forcing all external AI platforms, deep-learning nodes, and simulation hypervisors to register entity provenance under verified biometric anchors, the cloning or unauthorized modification of proprietary character IPs (such as Hana Heat blueprints) is restricted at the network level. Character templates remain locked within secure database rows, verifiable only across authorized token channels.
